摘要
叶绿素在检测高等植物和其他所有能进行光合作用的植物研究中起到至关重要的作用,在利用SPAD型叶绿素仪来测定作物叶绿素含量时,叶片厚度的差异会对其测量结果产生影响。为精准对植物叶绿素含量进行测量,在用SPAD型叶绿素仪来测定叶片叶绿素含量时,需增加叶片厚度测量模块进行补偿。为此,引入厚度参数重新建立叶绿素含量数学模型,开发了厚度补偿式叶绿素仪。结果表明:厚度校准后的模型更能准确地反映叶绿素含量的大小。
Chlorophyll plays an important role in the detection of higher plants and all other plants that can carry out photosynthesis. When using SPAD chlorophyll meter to measure the chlorophyll content of crops,the difference of leaf thickness will affect the measurement results. In order to accurately measure the chlorophyll content of plants,the leaf thickness measurement module should be added to compensate while using the SPAD chlorophyll meter. For this reason,thickness parameter is introduced to rebuild the mathematical model for chlorophyll content,and thickness compensation chlorophyll meter is developed. The results show that the thickness calibration model can more accurately reflect the chlorophyll content.
