摘要
分析和比较了锆钛酸铅(PZT)导纳圆获取采用的平均值法、加权平均值法和基于Kasa目标函数的最小二乘法的优缺点。通过仿真分析,综合考虑导纳点的分布、数量、离群点和随机误差的影响。分析三种方法在上述影响下的导纳圆获取情况,得出最优方法为基于Kasa目标函数的最小二乘法。通过实验得到的数据进行分析,验证仿真分析的正确性,对于后续压电性能测量提供了指导。
The advantages and disadvantages of the average method,weighted average method and least square method based on kasa objective function that used in the acquisition of the admittance circle of PZT are analyzed and compared. Through comprehensive consideration of the influence of the distribution,the quantity,the outlier points and random error of admittance point by simutlation. Compared the situation of the admittance circle acquisition situation of the three methods under the influence of the above effects,the optimal method is least square method based on Kasa objective function. Finally the correctness of simulation analysis is verified by experiments which provides guidance for subsequent piezoelectric performance measurement.
