摘要 针对穿墙雷达应用场景要求,突出工程实用性,对穿墙雷达系统各组成模块进行小型化设计。介绍了超宽带冲激脉冲穿墙雷达的工作原理和工程实现方法。根据课题需求进行设计方案优化,采用可编程门阵列(FPGA)结合高速模数转换器(ADC)设计了回波采集模块,使用等效采样技术降低实时采样率,从而降低了雷达系统设计成本;针对回波采集模块中的取样脉冲产生电路进行了电路仿真,保证了采样精度;基于传统蝶形天线进行了改进,通过高频仿真软件对天线参数进行优化,缩小了穿墙雷达物理尺寸;基于TCP/IP协议,实现了手持终端与穿墙雷达系统数据交互。实验结果表明:该超宽带穿墙雷达可以实现对墙后单(多)目标运动轨迹跟踪定位。 In view of the requirements of the application scenarios of the through-wall radar system,the practicality of the project is highlighted,and the components of the through-wall radar system are miniaturized. The working principle and engineering implementation method of ultra-wide band( UWB) impulse pulse through-wall radar are introduced. The design scheme is optimized according to the requirements of the project. The echo acquisition module is designed by field programmable gate array( FPGA) combined with high-speed analog-todigital converter( ADC). The equivalent sampling technique is used to reduce the real-time sampling rate,thereby reducing the design cost of radar system. Simulation on the sampling pulse generation circuit in the echo acquisition module is carried out to ensure sampling precision. Based on the traditional bowtie antenna,the antenna parameters are optimized by high frequency simulation software to reduce the physical size of through-wall radar.Based on the TCP/IP protocol,the data interaction between the handheld terminal and through-wall radar system is realized. The experimental results show that the UWB through wall radar can track and locate the trajectory of single/multiple target behind the wall.
