摘要
采用3种TPO树脂以不同的复配方案制备了3种均质TPO防水卷材,分别研究了热老化温度及时间对其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、直角撕裂强度、质量损失及熔体质量流动速率的影响,结果表明在135℃时考察热老化性能更具有效性;热老化对3种TPO树脂的性能影响不同,应根据卷材产品的应用领域采用适合的复配方案。
Three kinds of homogeneous TPO waterproofing membrane by different compound formulation with three kinds of TPO resin are prepared, and the influences of heat aging temperature and time on tensile strength, elongation at break, right angle tearing strength, mass loss and melt mass flow rate are studied. The results show that it is more effective to examine the heat aging performance at 135 ℃;the influences of heat aging on performance of the three kinds of TPO resins are different,and suitable compound formulation should be adopted according to the application field of the membrane product.
