装配式建筑密封胶配套用底涂剂的制备及性能研究

Preparation and Performance Study on Matching Primer of Prefabricated Building Sealant

制备了一种用于装配式建筑的硅烷改性密封胶配套用双组分底涂剂,并讨论了聚氨酯含量、NCO含量、聚氨酯封端用异氰酸酯种类及溶剂类型对其性能的影响。结果表明,当使用TDI型聚氨酯对环氧树脂进行接枝改性,聚氨酯用量为10%~20%、NCO含量为5%、使用二甲苯或三甲苯作稀释溶剂,所得底涂剂的综合性能最佳。

Two-component matching primer of silane modified prefabricated building sealant is prepared and influences of polyurethane content, NCO content, type of isocyanates for polyurethane termination and type of solvent on its performance are discussed. The results show when using graft modification of epoxy resin with TDI polyurethane, polyurethane content is 10%~20%, NCO content is 5%, using xylene or trimethylbenzene as dilution solvent, the prepared primer has the best overall performance.
