摘要
为了了解新疆塔里木河中游区域动物棘球绦虫感染情况,本试验于2016年1月-2017年10月随机选取塔里木河流域周边乡(镇),采用内脏剖检法调查包囊感染情况,采用ELISA方法检测随机采集的犬粪包虫抗原和羊血清抗体。结果显示,棘球绦虫检出率为17.5%,其中羊检出率(18.4%)高于牛(14.3%);2016年检出率(15.2%)低于2017年(19.2%);肝、肺、肝肺混合寄生的棘球绦虫数量比例为16.3∶4.5∶1;8岁以上动物棘球绦虫感染率最高(37.8%,74/196),周岁内家畜感染率最低(8.6%,30/348);有13%的动物感染5个以内包囊,4.5%动物感染5个以上包囊;检测羊血清210份,抗体检出率为12.9%(27/210);检测犬粪270份,抗原检出率为42.2%(114/270),2017年(5.6%,5/90)较2016年(60.6%,109/180)的犬感染棘球绦虫感染率明显下降。
In this study,we made a systematic survey on echinococcus infection among domesticated(shepherd)dogs and livestock in the coast of the middle reaches of the Tarim River in the south of Xinjiang.From January 2016 to October 2017,we randomly selected townships(towns)to collect samples in the middle reaches of Tarim River,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.Animal echinococcus was detected by visceral anatomy,and ELISA was performed to detect antibody against echinococcus in sheep and fecal antigen in canine.The results showed that,the infection rate of echinococcus cysts was 17.5%(522/2975).The detection rate(18.4%,431/2340)in sheep was higher than in cattle(14.3%,91/635),and the detection rate in 2016(15.2%,191/1255)was lower than that in 2017(19.2%,331/1720).The infection ratio of hydatid cysts found in the liver,lung,lung+liver was 16.3∶4.5∶1,13%of livestocks were infected within 5 cysts,and 4.5%of livestocks were infected with more than 5 cysts.ELISA rusults showed that the positive rate for echinococcus antibody rate was 12.9%(27/210)in 210 serum samples,and echinococcus antigen infection rate was 42.2%(114/270)in 270 fecal samples.A trend of decrease was obviously shown from 2016(60.6%,109/180)to 2017(25.6%,5/90).
