摘要
社会网络研究是探索中国民营酒店管理创新的重要视角。本文从社会网络类型和结构特性出发,采用方便抽样的方法,收集328份调查问卷,应用社会网络分析法和UCINET6.0软件分析民营酒店员工工作网络和社交网络的中心性、凝聚子群(子群数量、凝聚子群分派系数)。研究发现:工作网络中心性突显"双刃剑",社交网络的资源属性和情感属性发挥不充分;工作网络扁平化与信息失真并存,社交网络内部黏性较强,缺乏信息合作机制;社交网络派系林立较为严重,形成负性优先效应。据此,提出相应的管理启示:建立健全民营酒店部门资源共享网络平台,适当实施授权型领导和共享领导的管理模式,构建社会网络负面影响预警体系。
Social network research is an important perspective to explore Chinese private hotel management innovation.Based on the types and structural characteristics of social networks,this study adopted a convenient sampling method,collected 328 questionnaires,and applied social network analysis and UCINET 6.0 to analyze the centrality and cohesive subgroups of the private hotel employees’work network and social network(number of subgroups,distribution coefficient of cohesive subgroups).The study found that,the centrality of the work network highlights the"double-edged sword",and the resource and emotional attributes of the social network are not fully utilized;the flattening of the work network coexists with information distortion,and the social network has strong internal viscosity and lacks information cooperation mechanism;and there are more serious factions in social networks,forming a negative priority effect.Therefore,the corresponding management inspiration is proposed:establishing and improving the resource sharing network platform for the private hotel sector;properly implementing the management model of authorized and shared leadership;and building a social network early warning system for negative impacts.
