摘要
利用2000~2018年中国上市企业专利合作研发数据,本文构建了企业间的合作研发网络,并分析了不同的网络位置对企业创新的影响。研究发现,合作研发网络的中心度和结构洞对企业创新有显著的正向影响。然而,不同的网络位置对二元创新具有差异化的影响:合作研发网络中心度对企业利用式创新的影响大于对探索式创新的影响;相反,企业合作研发网络结构洞对探索式创新的影响大于对利用式创新的影响。此外,企业路径依赖导向在企业合作研发网络和利用式创新间起到正向调节作用,但在企业合作研发网络和探索式创新间起到负向调节作用。研究从合作研发网络角度贡献于企业创新相关的研究,也为企业进一步维持长期竞争优势、平衡二元创新提供了重要启示。
Based on the patent cooperative R&D data of Chinese listed enterprises from 2000 to 2018,this paper constructs the cooperative R&D network among enterprises,and analyzes the influence of different network positions on firm innovation.Results show that the centrality and structure hole of cooperative R&D network have a significant positive impact on innovation.Howe-ver,different network positions have different effects on dual innovation:the centrality of cooperative R&D network has more influe-nce on exploitative innovation than exploratory innovation;on the contrary,the structural hole of cooperative R&D network has more influence on exploratory innovation than exploitative innovation.In addition,enterprise path dependence plays a positive mo-derating role in the position of cooperative R&D network and exploitative innovation,but plays a negative moderating role in the position of cooperative R&D network and exploratory innovation.The research contributes to the research of enterprise innovation from the perspective of cooperative R&D network,and also provides important enlightenment for enterprises to further maintain long-term competitive advantage and balance dual innovation.
