摘要
已有研究主要关注产业集聚外部性对技术创新的推动作用,相较于外在的溢出效应,集聚与技术创新关系的研究应该更注重要素扭曲配置的内在影响。本文基于资本、劳动力要素扭曲配置的视角,借鉴中介效应检验程序,分析产业集聚影响技术创新的过程和作用机制,并构建面板门槛模型,对产业集聚影响技术创新的机制进行非线性检验。实证结果表明:资源型产业集聚显著促进技术创新活动,存在产业集聚通过改善资本、劳动力要素市场扭曲程度,进而促进技术创新的影响路径。产业集聚对技术创新的影响存在着基于要素市场扭曲情况的门槛效应,超半数资源型产业要素市场扭曲程度较低,增加其产业集聚程度无法较为有效地促进技术创新。
Existing studies mainly focus on the promotion of externalities of industrial agglomeration on technological innovation.Compared with the external spillover effect,the study of the relationship between agglomeration and technological innovation should pay more attention to the intrinsic influence of distorted allocation of factors.From the perspective of distorted allocation of capital and labor factors,the process and mechanism of industrial agglomeration affecting technological innovation are analyzed,and a panel threshold model is constructed to test the non-linear mechanism of industrial agglomeration affecting technological innovation.The empirical results show that resource-based industrial agglomeration significantly promotes technological innovation acti-vities,and there is an impact path for industrial agglomeration to promote technological innovation by improving the distorted degree of capital and labor factor markets.The influence of industrial agglomeration on technological innovation has a threshold effect based on the distortion of factor market.More than half of resource-based industries have low distortion of factor market.Increasing the degree of industrial agglomeration can’t effectively promote technological innovation.
