摘要
伴随着不断加快的工业化进程,机械臂因其精度高、灵活性高的优良特性被广泛应用于各种复杂的工业作业中,重载机械臂不仅要有足够的负载能力,还需要更高的精准度,以便于作业中精准的安装。基于此,加入PSO优化算法,对重载机械臂载荷参数自动控制系统在硬件及软件方面进行新的设计,并通过与传统载荷控制系统进行对比结果表明新的系统更加精准、有效。
With the accelerating process of industrialization,the mechanical arm is widely used in various complex industrial operations due to its high precision and high flexibility.Heavy-duty manipulator arm not only needs sufficient load capacity,but also needs higher precision to facilitate accurate installation in the operation.Based on this,PSO optimization algorithm is added to design a new hardware and software for the automatic load parameter control system of heavy-duty manipulator,and the results show that the new system is more accurate and effective by comparing with the traditional load control system.
