新型快速装夹平口钳的研发设计与制作

为了保证机械加工的工件精度和加工制的工作效率,夹具发挥了重要的作用,机用台虎钳在钳工的加工制造中经常被用来夹紧工件,但是传统的机用台虎钳多采用螺杆机构传动,传动效率低下,并且针对斜面角度的孔型加工没有一个合适的夹具装置,台虎钳的钳口一般是一对精密淬硬的钳口,对于加工不同材质的被加工件需要经常更换钳口,消耗时间长,效率低,很难满足现代化加工的需求。根据以上出现的情况,本文提出一种快速装夹、钳口快速调换等功能的新型快速装夹平口钳,可提高应用和加工范围,大大提高了工作效率。

In order to ensure the precision of machining and the working efficiency of machining,the fixture plays an important role.Machine bench vice is often used to clamp the workpiece in the processing and manufacturing of the locksmith,but the traditional machine bench vice is usually driven by screw mechanism,and the transmission efficiency is low.Besides,there is no suitable fixture for bevel angle orifice machining,the jaw of bench vice is generally a pair of precision hardened jaw,when process the workpiece of different materials,the jaw needs to be replaced frequently,therefore,it is difficult to meet the demand of modern processing because of the long time consumption and low efficiency.According to the above situation,this paper puts forward a new type of fast clamping flat nose pliers with the functions of fast clamping and fast switching of clamps,which can improve the application and processing range and greatly improve the work efficiency.
