宝鸡市虢磻路立交桥称重试验研究

摘要 新建宝鸡市陈仓区虢磻路上跨陇海铁路立交桥工程采用墩底转体法施工,为了保证梁体在转动过程中的平稳状态,需对T构进行不平衡称重试验分析。本文通过工程实例,阐述不平衡称重试验方法和应用过程中的技术难题,对墩底转体梁转动体不平衡力矩、偏心距、摩阻力矩及转动球铰静摩擦系数的测试分析和称配重方法等关键技术做了介绍,为类似T构转体工程提供借鉴,为今后桥梁转体施工项目提供经验。 New Chencang District of Baoji City,Bo Guo Longhai railway overpass across the road construction project uses the bottom of the pier swing method,in order to ensure a smooth state of the beam during rotation,need to be unbalanced T structure weighing test analysis.By engineering example,technical problems set forth unbalanced load test method and the application process,the beam rotator uneven torque on the pier bottom swivel Street,eccentricity,rotation of the friction torque and the ball hairpin test analysis and static friction coefficient with said the key technology heavy methods made the introduction,provide a reference for similar projects twist T configuration,provide experience for future swivel bridge construction project.
