油气集输管网外腐蚀直接评价的应用研究

在复杂地形特别是山区油气集输管网腐蚀直接评价的各类方法中,使用外腐蚀直接评价这一方法无疑是当前科学水平的最佳方案。管体的腐蚀损伤是油气集输管道最为常见的失效诱因,使用外腐蚀直接评价的方法成为油气生产等企业掌握管道运行安全的最为主要的检测评价手段。本文依托长庆油田部分油气集输管网的外腐蚀直接评价项目的实施情况,阐述了油气集输管网上实施ECDA的典型原理和方法。

Among the methods for direct evaluation of oil and gas gathering and transportation network corrosion in complex terrain,especially in mountainous area,the method of direct evaluation of external corrosion is undoubtedly the best one at the present scientific level.Corrosion damage of pipe body is the most common cause of failure of oil and gas gathering and transportation pipelines,and the direct evaluation method of external corrosion has become the most important inspection and evaluation method for oil and gas production enterprises to master the pipeline operation safety.In this paper,based on the implementation of direct evaluation of some oil and gas gathering and transportation networks external corrosion in Changqing oilfield,the typical principles and methods of implementing ECDA on oil and gas gathering and transportation networks are expounded.
