随着排灌工程应用的深入,也为农业发展带来了更高的经济效益,减轻了农民工作压力,实现了作物大面积灌溉。从农业长远发展的角度看,推进和应用小型农田水利建设,也是提高农业经济效益的有效途径。我国农田分布比较分散,在全国范围内难以实现大规模农田灌溉,一两个大型水利排灌工程的建设无法满足其需要。因此,为了满足部分农田灌溉的基本需要,技术人员提出了建设小型排灌工程。然而,随着现代科学技术的不断进步和发展,小型水利排灌工程正逐步进入应用阶段暴露出的缺点,这些问题大多比较复杂,处理起来比较困难,需要进行一些技术改造。

With the deepening of the application of drainage and irrigation project,it also brings higher economic benefits for agricultural development,reduces the working pressure of farmers,and realizes large area irrigation of crops.From the point of view of the long-term development of agriculture,it is also an effective way to promote and apply the construction of small farmland and water conservancy.Because of the scattered distribution of farmland in China,it is difficult to realize large-scale farmland irrigation in the whole country,and the construction of one or two large-scale water conservancy drainage and irrigation projects can not meet its needs.Therefore,in order to meet the basic needs of some farmland irrigation,technicians put forward the construction of small drainage and irrigation projects.However,with the continuous progress of modern science and technology And development,small-scale water drainage and irrigation projects are gradually entering the application stage exposed shortcomings,most of these problems are more complex,difficult to deal with,need to carry out some technical transformation.
