摘要
数据时代的发展非常快,同时也促进了数字信息化在各大企业中人事档案的建设,传统档案在使用过程里往往会有一些不方便的地方,本文通过对数字信息化人事档案建设的应用展开了分析,从多角度进行了探讨,希望为企业人事档案的建设与应用提供帮助。
The development of the data era is very fast,and it also promotes the construction of digital information in the personnel files of various enterprises.There are some inconvenient places in the process of using traditional archives.This paper analyzes the application of digital information personnel archives construction and discusses from multiple angles,hoping to provide help for the construction and application of enterprise personnel archives.
