Research on the Construction Practice and Path of"Internet+Medical Health"Demonstration Area——A Case Study of Ningxia

互联网+医疗在推进健康中国战略和传统医疗转型改革及数字经济发展战略发挥着极为重要的作用,医疗数据不仅对居民病患生活、医生职业意义重大,对医疗机构、医药企业也是重要的生产要素,对政府管理起着决定性作用。本文立足一年多来宁夏推进“互联网+医疗健康”示范区建设实践,分析当下发展桎梏,探索性地提出质性建设对策,以期裨益后续工作的推进和开展。

Internet+medical plays a very important role in advancing health strategy and the traditional Chinese medical transformation and development strategy of digital economy.Medical data is not only of great significance to residents'patients'lives and doctors'careers,but also an important factor of production for medical institutions and pharmaceutical enterprises,and plays a decisive role in medical management institutions such as government management.Based on the practice of promoting the construction of the"Internet+medical health"demonstration zone in Ningxia over the past year,this paper analyzes the current development constraints and puts forward exploratory and qualitative construction countermeasures,hoping to promote and carry out the follow-up work.
