摘要 科学研究作为高等教育工作的重要组成部分,对于高等职业学校同样具有适切性。目前,在高等职业学校中却存在着重教学轻科研的不良倾向。本项目依托科研平台,进行产业技术与应用研究课题选题,探索学校-科研平台“双元融合”人才培养模式。通过学生进项目,培养学生的技术技能和创新创业意识,研究“梯度化”高素质技术技能型人才培养;通过专业教师和企业工程师/技师进平台,研究“双师型”教师队伍建设。项目取得了一定成效,这是对高职学校“双高计划”实施研究进行的一种有益尝试。 As an important part of higher education,scientific research is also suitable for higher vocational schools.At present,there is an undesirable tendency to emphasize teaching over scientific research in higher vocational schools.This project relies on a scientific research platform to select topics for industrial technology and application research,and explores the talent training model of the school-scientific research platform“Dual Integration”.It is to cultivate students’technical skills and awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship through the student entry projects,and study“gradient”development of high-quality technical skill talents.It is to study the construction of“Dual-qualification”teachers through professional teachers and enterprise engineers/technicians to share the platform.The project has achieved certain results,which is a useful attempt to carry out research on the implementation of the“Double High Plan”.
