关节病型银屑病与HLA等位基因关联性Meta分析

Association between HLA alleles and psoriatic arthritis: a meta-analysis

目的:了解关节病型银屑病与HLA等位基因的关联性。方法:检索PubMed、ISI、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)及万方数据资源系统(Wanfang database)1972年1月1日至2019年7月1日期间收录的有关关节病型银屑病与HLA等位基因关联性研究的相关文献,进行质量评估和Meta分析。OR≤0.8的HLA基因记为保护基因,OR≥1.2为风险基因,0.8<OR<1.2的HLA基因记为非关联基因。结果:结果共纳入文献20篇,其中病例2686例,对照2739人,共分析了158个HLA等位基因。Meta分析示共60个HLA等位基因与关节病型银屑病存在关联,其中31个保护基因,32个风险基因,风险基因和保护基因中有3个重复基因。结论:158个HLA等位基因中有60个与关节病型银屑病相关。

Objective:To analyze the association between psoriatic arthritis and HLA alleles.Methods:The case-control studies on the association between psoriatic arthritis and HLA alleles were searched in PubMed,ISI,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Database from 1 Jan 1972 to 1 Jul 2019.The risk bias of included researches was assessed and meta-analysis was performed.The allele was recognized as protective allele when OR≤0.8,as risk allele when OR≥1.2 and as no association when 0.8<OR<1.2.Results:A total of 20 studies were analyzed,including 2686 patients,2739 controls and 158 HLA alleles.Of 158 HLA alleles,60 were associated with psoriatic arthritis,including 32 protective alleles,31 risk alleles and 3 repeated alleles among protective alleles and risk alleles.Conclusion:Of 158 HLA alleles,60 were associated with psoriatic arthritis.
