摘要 起动机是汽车起动系统的关键部件之一,而电磁场是起动机能正常运转的重要条件。现给出了汽车起动机电磁场的有限元计算方法,通过采用Ansoft构建起动机整体剖分模型,设置仿真边界条件后绘制有限元网格,计算得到了起动机内部稳态电磁场分布情况,结果表明该起动机有限元分析模型的合理性。最后,通过试验的方法获得起动机磁场的实测数据,经误差分析验证了起动机电磁场仿真结果的真实可靠性,为今后进一步优化设计起动机结构提供了一定的指导和借鉴。 Starter is one of the key components of the auto starting system, and electromagnetic field is an important condition for the normal operation of starter. The finite element calculation method of electromechanical magnetic field based on starter motor is given in this paper. Ansoft was used to construct the starter split model. After setting the simulation boundary conditions, the finite element mesh was drawn and the steady electromagnetic field distribution of the starter was calculated. The results show that the finite element analysis model was reasonable. Finally, the measured data was obtained by the experimental method and the true reliability of the simulation results was verified by error analysis, which provides some guidance for further optimizing the structure design of the starter motor.
