摘要 针对当前数字化制造设备引导数据传输矫正技术准确度较低的问题,提出一种新型引导数据矫正技术。从传输带宽入手,以当前数据传输路径缓冲区、传输时延为核心因素,对当前引导传输路径进行综合评估,根据数据传输路径的差异评估结果,对传输数据子流进行分组,确定当前缓存开销的实际数据极值;采用SOD数据计算方法,计算路径传输开销上限,对当前传输路径进行有序规划;通过构建最小化的路径迁移负荷比重分配函数,进行数字化制造设备引导数据的目标数据自适应迁移,实现数据传输准确性的矫正。通过仿真,得出设计的矫正方法能够有效提高位置空间数据传输准确度与区域采样传输准确,对数字化制造业具有重要作用。 Due to low accuracy of current leading data transmission correction technology, this article puts forward a new technology of guidance data correction. Based on the transmission bandwidth, we took the current buffer area of data transmission path and data transmission delay as the core factors to comprehensively evaluate the current transmission path. According to the difference evaluation result of data transmission path, we grouped the data sub-streams, and thus to determine the actual data extreme value of cache overhead. Then, we used SOD data method to calculate the upper limit of path transmission cost and plan the current transmission path in order. By constructing the minimized load proportion distribution function of path migration, the target data of guidance data of digital manufacturing equipment could be migrated adaptively. Thus, we realized the accuracy correction of data transmission. Simulation results prove that the proposed method can improve the accuracy of positional space data transmission and regional sampling transmission effectively, which plays an important role in digital manufacturing industry.
