Application of ultrasound technology in diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases

摘要 超声技术广泛应用于肾疾病的诊断、评估、某些侵入性操作的引导方面,具有重要作用。与其他影像学手段相比,超声检查具有价格低廉、无辐射、方便易行等优点。近年来,新型超声技术得到了长足发展。例如有研究显示,超声能够通过激活脾胆碱能抗炎通路,对急性肾损伤和慢性肾病起到保护作用。通过微泡技术,超声造影能够更加准确地评估肾病变性质。超声靶向微泡还能将药物、基因定向释放到感兴趣的病变部位。本文将对超声技术应用于肾疾病诊疗的研究进展予以综述。 Ultrasound technology is widely used in the diagnosis and evaluation of kidney diseases and in guiding some invasive procedures. Ultrasound has the advantages of low price, no radiation, convenience, and being easy to operate compared with other imaging methods. In recent years, new ultrasound technology has been developed. For example, studies have shown that ultrasound can protect against acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease by activating the spleen cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway. Through microbubble technology, contrast-enhanced ultrasound can more accurately assess the nature of renal lesions. Ultrasound-targeted microbubbles can also direct the release of drugs and genes to the lesions of interest. This article will review the research progress of ultrasound technology in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases.
