医用脱脂棉纱布的氧化改性处理及性能分析

随着我国医疗设施的不断改革,医用脱脂棉纱布的吸液性能有了长足的发展,通过过碳酸钠进行氧化改性处理形成氧化医用棉纱布。文章从氧化改性的实验进行介绍,分析其表现特征和性能。在过碳酸钠氧化过程中,充分体现出该方法是脱脂棉纱布进行氧化的最佳方法,但是其纤维工艺也会对实验结果造成一定影响。

With the continuous reform of medical facilities in China,the liquid absorption performance of medical defatted cotton gauze has been greatly developed,and it can be oxidized and modified by sodium percarbonate to form oxidized medical cotton gauze.This paper introduces and explains the experimental aspects of oxidation modification,analyzes its specific characteristics and clarifies its performance.In the process of sodium percarbonate oxidation,it is fully demonstrated that this method is the best method for the oxidation of degreased cotton gauze,but its fiber process will also have a certain impact on the experimental results.
