摘要 国家发改委2019年29号令明确鼓励智能化、低能耗纺织工厂的升级、改造,随着中国经济的高速发展,中国的工业发展已经正式迈入精细化时代,更加致力于全球共同发展。作为工业大国,中国更需要直面经济快速发展带来的日趋严峻的环境恶化问题,低效率、高能耗产业需要转型,这对国内企业的节能环保行业提出了更高的要求。近几年,国内环保产业已经初见规模,各类环保问题的大监管格局逐渐形成,新材料、新能源企业各类能源管理系统必须随企业的持续发展而不断完善拓展,运用现代信息技术,利用大数据云平台、数据挖掘、系统监控、视频监控资源等技术,建设资源共享,构筑一个可拓展性强、融合性强的智慧能源综合服务平台势在必行。 National Development and Reform Commission Order No.29 of 2019 clearly encourages the upgrading and renovation of intelligent,low energy textile factories.With the rapid development of China’s economy,China’s industrial development has officially entered the era of refinement,more committed to global common development.As an industrial power,China needs to face up to the increasingly serious environmental degradation problems brought about by rapid economic development,and the low-efficiency and high-energy-consuming industries need to be transformed,which will put forward higher requirements for domestic enterprises to save energy and protect the environment.In recent years,the domestic environmental protection industry has initially seen a scale,and a large regulatory framework for various environmental protection issues has gradually taken shape,all kinds of energy management systems of new materials and new energy enterprises must be continuously improved and expanded with the continuous development of the enterprises,using modern information technology,using technologies such as big data cloud platform,data mining,system monitoring,video monitoring resources,etc.,it is imperative to construct a comprehensive service platform of intelligent energy resources with strong extensibility and integration.
