摘要
以辣椒红色素生产过程中的副产品辣椒油树脂为原料,采用食用油洗和甲醇萃取工艺进行辣椒油树脂的纯化研究。试验表明,最佳方案为:3倍质量的大豆油将辣椒油树脂在45℃下油洗,静置分层后,放出下层杂质,然后采用75%甲醇在45℃下对食用油层萃取,萃取3次,使辣椒油树脂中辣椒素含量由14.72%提高至34.19%,得率为95.25%。
A new process of edible oil washing and methanol extraction was carried out to enhance the quality of capsicum oleoresin,which was the by-product of the production process of capsanthin.The best solution was that capsicum oleoresin was washed at 45℃by 3 times weight of edible oil,after standing and layering,released the undering impurities,then the edible oil layer was extracted by 75%methanol at 45℃,extracting times were three,the content of capsaicin in capsicum oleoresin increased from 14.72%to 34.19%,and the yield was 95.25%.
