ICP-OES测定不同产地枇杷叶中20种元素 被引量:2

Determination of 20 Trace Elements in Different Producing Areas of Leaf by ICP-OES

摘要 采用微波消解处理样品,建立ICP-AES测定Cu、Pb、Zn、Ni、Cd、Cr、Fe、Mn、Al、Ti、B、Sr、Mo、Ba、Co、Si、K、Na、Ca和Mg 20种元素质量浓度的分析方法。结果表明,各种元素在其线性范围内线性关系良好,r值为0.9994~0.9999,平均回收率为90.3%~96.7%,RSD<5%(n=6)。ICP-OES可同时测定多种元素,方便快捷。通过ICP-OES检测研究18个不同产地枇杷叶样品中20种元素结果及相关规律,20个元素含量高低顺序为Ca、K、Mg、Ba、Na、Sr、Fe、Zn、B、Mn、Cu、Al、Pb、Ni、Ti、Li、Mo、Cr、V和Cd。 The microwave digestion was established to measure the content in loquat leaf by twenty elements of Cu,Pb,Zn,Ni,Cd,Cr,Fe,Mn,Al,Ti,B,Sr,Mo,Ba,Co,Si,K,Na,Ca and Mg.The experimental results showed that linear relationship was good,r was between 0.9991 and 0.9999.Average recovery rate was between 88.4%and 97.8%,and RSD was less than 5%(n=6).ICP-OES can determine many elements rapidly and accurately.Determination of 20 elements in loquat leaf from 18 different producing areas and its law were studied.The order of contents of 20 elements was Ca,K,Mg,Ba,Na,Sr,Fe,Zn,B,Mn,Cu,Al,Pb,Ni,Ti,Li,Mo,Cr,V and Cd.
