北方缺水型城市黑臭水体治理的实践与探索——以呼和浩特市为例

Practice and Exploration of Black-malodorous Water Treatment in Water Deficient Cities in North China--A case study of Hohhot

近年来,城市快速发展的同时,城区水体黑臭等环境问题越发突出。本文以呼和浩特市黑臭水体治理为例,总结了呼市城区黑臭水体状况、治理现状和进展,针对黑臭水体季节性反复的问题,提出以污染源头控制为核心,结合海绵城市建设,以活水保质、生态修复为长效保障的整治方案和治理措施。

With rapid urbanization in China in recent years, urban environmental problems such as black-malodorous water have becoming more serious. Taking the treatment of black-malodorous rivers in Hohhot as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation and progress of the treatment of black and odorous water in Hohhot city. Aiming at seasonal recurring problems of black-malodorous water, a comprehensive treatment plan has been established, which focuses on source control and pollution interception, combining with Sponge City construction, and applying ecological restoration and quality improvement of water bodies for long term maintenance.
