摘要
试油测试作业是石油勘探开发链中的一个必不可少的关键环节,含硫油气井试油测试期间测试工具和地面计量装备不可避免地会接触到H2S,H2S会对设备造成严重的腐蚀。对H2S腐蚀表现形式的剖析,认为试油测试期间硫化物应力开裂(SSC)腐蚀为H2S主要腐蚀形式。分析含H2S油气井硫化物应力开裂(SSC)破坏的主要影响因素包括:温度、硫化氢分压、p H值等,以此为中心,制定了相应的控制措施,为含硫油气田试油测试中H2S的提前防护提供了依据。
Oil/gas well testing operation is an essential key point of the oil/gas exploration and development nowadays. During well testing of sour oil/gas wells,formation testing tools and surface measuring equipments will contact with hydrogen sulfide( H2 S) inevitably,which will cause severe corrosion of testing equipment. Based on the analysis of the manifestations of H2 S corrosion,it is concluded that sulfide stress cracking( SSC)corrosion is the most serious form during oil/gas well testing. In this paper,the main influencing factors of sulfide stress cracking( SSC) damage in sour wells are analyzed,including temperature,partial pressure of H2 S and PH value,etc. In view of these factors,corresponding control measures are formulated.The effective formulation of control measures ensure the safety of personnel,equipment and sour well in operation,and provides a basis for the advanced H2 S protection in sour wells.
