摘要
针对气井固体泡排棒自动投放装置储药容量小、井口加药周期短的问题,研发了一种具有远程控制功能的大容量自动投棒装置,延长人工井口加药周期,降低实施成本。室内试验和在苏X区块苏X-1和苏X-2两口井开展泡排棒自动投放装置现场应用表明,该装置操作简单、实施费用低、性能稳定可靠,实现了延长加药周期,定时定量自动投放,不仅满足了气井远程控制及数字化管理的需要,而且取得了明显的増产效果,仅苏X-1井开展泡排棒自动投放装置,平均产气量由试验、应用前的0.62×10^4m^3/d,增加到试验、应用期间的0.81×10^4m^3/d。
Aiming at the problem of small storage capacity and short well-filling cycle of the gas well solid foaming rod automatic drainage device,a large-capacity automatic rod-feeding device with remote control function was developed to prolong the artificial wellhead dosing cycle and reduce the implementation cost.The indoor test and the on-site application of the automatic drainage device of the foaming rod in two wells Su X-1 and Su X-2 in Su X zone show that the device is simple in operation,low in implementation cost,stable and reliable in performance,and realizes extended dosing cycle and timed quantitative automatic drainage,which not only satisfying the needs of remote control and digital management of gas wells,but also achieving obvious results of production.By using the foaming rod automatic drainage device,only Su X-1 well has got an increased average gas production from 0.62×10^4 m^3/d before the test and application to 0.81×10^4 m^3/d during the test and application period.
