创新扩散视域下高职院校教师信息化教学实施影响因素分析

Analysis on Factors Affecting the Implementation of Informatization Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Perspective of Innovation Diffusion

信息化教学实施对提升高职院校师生信息素养具有重要作用。采用创新扩散理论,构建由相对优势、复杂性、个体惯性和创新性等因素组成的信息化教学实施影响模型,并对浙江省15所高职院校267位教师问卷调查发现:由相对优势和复杂性组成的信息化教学实施阻力对教师信息化教学实施意愿影响程度达到了66%,其中相对优势对信息化教学实施阻力有较显著的负向影响,而复杂性对实施阻力有积极正向影响;个体惯性是阻碍信息化教学实施的主要因素,但个体创新性并未增加教师使用信息化教学意愿。为此,应提升信息技术服务教学应用优势,创设信息技术应用教学多维场景,激发教师信息化教学实施动力,提高高职院校教师信息化教学实施意愿。

The implementation of informational teaching plays an important role in improving the information literacy of teachers and students in higher vocational colleges.This paper uses the theory of innovation diffusion to construct an impact model consisting of factors such as comparative advantage,complexity,individual inertia and innovation.Through the questionnaire survey of 267 teachers in 15 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province,it is found that the resistance of informationization teaching consisting of comparative advantage and complexity has a 66%influence on the willingness of teachers to implement informationization teaching,and the comparative advantage is related to information.There is a significant negative impact on the implementation resistance of the teaching,and the complexity has a positive impact on the implementation resistance;individual inertia is the main factor hindering the implementation of informational teaching,but individual innovation does not increase the willingness of teachers to use informatization teaching.With the deepening of the"Internet+"education application,the advantages of information technology service teaching application should be improved,the multi-dimensional scene of information technology application teaching should be created,the motivation of teachers’informatization teaching should be stimulated,and the willingness of teachers in information teaching in higher vocational colleges should be improved.
