大鼠脊髓损伤模型研究进展概述 被引量:11

摘要 脊髓损伤(SCI)是一种严重的神经系统损伤,具有较高的致死率及致残率,SCI动物模型有助于更好地理解SCI的机制,并评估治疗效果。目前尚无治愈SCI的方法,为进一步研究损伤机制及治疗方案,需要不断发展和完善动物模型。在实验性治疗中,大鼠SCI模型被广泛使用。使用不同的大鼠SCI模型来探讨不同疾病SCI时相应的损伤机制,主要分为挫伤、挤压伤、牵张脱位、横断以及化学损伤模型等。这篇综述旨在探讨不同大鼠SCI模型的特点。
