The novel The World is the latest masterpiece of Liang Xiaosheng,a famous contemporary writer,which tells the ups and downs of the life history of Chinese people.Liang Xiaosheng described three kinds of complex family ethical relations in the world,including parents and children,husband and wife,brothers and sisters.He explored the value of family affection in the ethics of parents and children,raised the spirit of freedom in the ethics of husband and wife,and expressed the pursuit of goodness in the ethics of brothers and sisters.This ethical writing contains Liang Xiaosheng’s contemplation on family ethics.He expressed the identity of traditional family ethics,and saw the hidden crisis in family ethics with a strong sense of worrying,which also showed his consistent position of civilians.
