液冷服系统的性能测试研究 被引量:3

Study on Performance Test of Liquid Cooling Garment System

摘要 目前,学术界对于液冷服性能测试普遍采用的方法主要有两种,一种是暖体假人测试法,一种是人体实验测试法。这两种测试方法台架都较为复杂与昂贵,不具有普适性与推广性。因此,本文针对此问题,提出了一种简易暖体假人测试法,并根据此方法搭建了一套系统简单、造价低廉,但功能完善的测试台架。同时,运用此台架对被测液冷服进行了性能测试,定义了"欠舒适时间占比"等四个性能指标,并分析了冷源(冰块)质量与冷却液流量对性能指标的影响规律,据此给出了液冷服正确使用的建议。 At present,there are two methods commonly used in the academic field for the performance test of liquid cooling garment,one is the thermal manikin test method,and the other is the human experimental test method.Both of the test-benches of these two test methods are complex and expensive,what’s more,they are not universal and generalized.Therefore,aiming at this problem,this paper proposed a simplified thermal manikin test method and built up a test-bench which is simple,cheap but fully functional.At the same time,this paper used the test-bench to conduct a performance test for the appointed liquid cooling garment,defined four performance index such as"proportion of less comfortable time",and analyzed the influence law on the performance indexes of the quality of cold source(ice)and the coolant flow,in addition,gave some proper suggestions on the use of the liquid cooling garment based on this law.
