腹腔镜下胆囊管联合胆总管微切开取石并一期缝合术的临床研究

目的探讨腹腔镜下经胆囊管联合胆总管微切开胆管取石并胆道一期缝合的治疗方法及临床效果.方法回顾分析2014年1月至2016年12月26例胆总管结石患者,行胆囊管联合胆总管微切开胆管取石并胆道一期缝合术的疗效.结果26例患者均完成手术,该方法术后患者均未出现胆管结石残留、胆道狭窄等一系列并发症,患者术后住院时间短,术后均恢复顺利,取得了良好的治疗效果.结论通过应用腹腔镜下胆囊管联合胆总管微切开取石并胆道一期缝合术,降低了对患者的手术损伤,减少患者住院时间,值得临床应用.

Objective To investigate the treatment and clinical effects of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with common bile duct for bile duct extraction and biliary tract suture.Methods 26 patients with common bile duct stones from January 2014 to December 2016 were enrolled in this study,the curative effect of patients with cystic duct combined with common bile duct microtomy and bile duct stone removal and biliary tract suture were retrospectively analyzed.Results 26 patients completed surgery,the methods there were no complications such as residual bile duct stones and biliary stenosis in the postoperative patients.The postoperative hospital stay was short,and the postoperative recovery was smooth,and good treatment results were obtained.Conclusion The application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with common bile duct microsurgery and biliary tract suture can reduce the surgical injury and reduce the hospitalization time of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
