静宁鸡与海兰褐鸡肝脏的组织学观察报告

Histological Observation of Liver of Jing-ning Chicken and Hy-Line Variety Brown

笔者以3周龄静宁鸡与海兰褐鸡为试验对象,研究相同发育阶段2种鸡的体重和肝脏重量,制作组织切片,进行H.E.染色、PAS染色和MASSON染色,对静宁鸡和海兰褐鸡的肝脏进行分析对比讨论。结果表明,静宁鸡体重和肝重比同龄海蓝褐鸡轻。前者肝脏颜色呈肉粉色,有明显的左二右三的分叶;后者肝脏颜色呈红褐色,分叶为左二右二。根据组织学观察结果表明,静宁鸡肝脏组织结构比海兰褐鸡的清晰,且前者中央静脉的形状比较规则、管径比后者的大;糖原在前者肝脏组织中的储存量比后者少;两者肝脏中的胶原纤维较少,且无肌纤维。以上结果均可说明静宁鸡肝脏的发育比海兰褐鸡的快。试验结果可为静宁鸡和海兰褐鸡解剖学和组织学方面的研究提供参考。

In this study,the body weight and liver weight of Jing-ning Chicken and Hy-Line Variety Brown at the age of three weeks were studied,and tissue sections were prepared for H.E.staining,PAS staining and MASSON staining.The livers of Jing-ning Chicken and hyacinth brown chicken were analyzed and compared.Results:according to anatomic observation,Jing-ning Chickens were lighter in weight and liver weight than Hy-Line Variety Brown.The former liver color is fleshy pink,have apparent left two right three lobules;The latter liver is reddish-brown in color and has two left and two right lobes.According to histological observation,the liver structure of Jing-ning Chicken was clearer than that of Hy-Line Variety Brown,and the shape of the central vein of Jing-ning Chicken was more regular and the diameter of the tube was larger than that of Hy-Line Variety Brown.Glycogen stores in liver tissues of the former are less than those of the latter.The collagen fibers in both livers were less and there were no muscle fibers.It can be concluded that the liver development of Jing-ning Chicken is faster than that of Hy-Line Variety Brown,and the experimental results can provide certain data reference for the study of anatomy and histology of Jing-ning Chicken and Hy-Line Variety Brown.
