基于多源融合的智能化标准管理方法研究

Research on Intelligent Standards Management Method Based on Multi-source Fusion Technique

标准化管理是国家实施质量兴国战略的重要举措.标准文件种类繁多,获取标准文本渠道单一,获取标准变化信息不及时,已经成为制约标准制定、推广、发展的重要原因.作为标准的应用单位,湖北省产品质量监督检验研究院对于标准的时效性和有效性有更高的要求.只有获取正确的、有效的标准,才能在检验工作中加以使用,检验出符合标准要求的产品,才能确保被检产品质量合格,保证相关企业的经济效益和人民的生命财产安全.本文通过对多源融合技术的初步研究,并对日常标准的管理工作中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了"多源获取、智能匹配、组织验证、准确应用"的新的标准管理模式.

Standardized management is an important measure for a country to carry out the strategy of quality rejuvenation.There are various types of standard documents,but not so many path to access standard text,while the standards may change time to time.This may restrict the formulation,promotion and development of standards.As a standard application unit,our institute has high requirements on the timeliness and effctiveness of standard.Only by obtaining the correct and efective standards,the standards could be used in inspection.Only the products meet the standard requirements could pass the inspection to ensure the economic benefits of the relevant enterprises and the safety of people's lives and property.Based on the preliminary study of multi source fusion technology,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the daily standards management,introduces a new standards management mode of"multi-source acquisition,intelligent matching,organizational verification and accurate application".
