Performance Evaluation of Local Standards Implementation Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

地方标准实施绩效评价已成为深化地方标准化改革的重要内容.本文围绕标准推广、标准执行、标准验证三个方面,运用层次分析法构建了地方标准实施绩效评估模型,并以宁波市旅游地方标准实施绩效评价为案例,初步验证了该评价模型的科学性和可行性,为相关评价机制的建设提供参考.

The performance evaluation of local standards has become an important part of deepening local standardization reform.This paper focuses on the three aspects of standard promotion,standard implementation and standard verifcation,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to build the performance evaluation model of local standards implementation.The performance evaluation of Ningbo local tourism standards is taken as a example to verify the scientificity and feasibility of the evaluation model.This paper provides a reference for the construction of relevant evaluation mechanisms.
