航天制造企业工艺装备标准化现状及发展建议

Present Situation and Development Suggestion of Process Equipment Standardization in Aerospace Manufacturing Enterprises

本文首先阐述了工艺装备的定义以及工装标准化的分类和定义,介绍了实行工装标准化对航天制造企业的意义,然后分别介绍了工装设计标准化和工装管理标准化在航天制造企业的发展现状及面临的问题.最后结合标准化总体发展趋势,分析了工装标准化的发展方法,提出了提升航天制造企业工装标准化水平对各工装标准化相关部门的要求,并提出了一种高度集成化的基于工装标准化的航天制造企业工装设计、制造及使用运行流程的发展建议.

This paper expounds the classification and definition of process equipment and its standardization,introduces the significance of the implementation of process equipment standardization in aerospace manufacturing enterprises,and proposes the development and the problems faced by them in the equipment design standardization and equipment management standardization.At last,combined with the overall development trend of standardization,this paper analyzes the development method of process equipment standardization,puts forward the requirements for improving the standardization level of process equipment,and puts forward a highly integrated development proposals of equipment design,manufacturing and use operation process based on the process equipment standardization in aerospace manufacturing enterprises.
