The standardization of relay protection technology has positive significance for improving the secondary professional management level and deepening the application of standards in practical work.This article takes the provincial maintenance company as an example,and discusses the main measures to promote the standardization of relay protection and related experience from the perspectives of standardization experts training,technical reserves in advantageous areas,major engineering technology reserves,technology new trends tracking,youth echelon talent training and others.Practice results show that the measures effectively promote the company's standardization of relay protection work,improve the skills of employees,and add strong technical guarantees for the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
