继电保护技术标准化工作创新与实践——以国网江苏检修公司为例

摘要 继电保护技术标准化工作对提升二次专业管理水平、深化标准在实际工作中的应用有着积极意义,本文以省级检修公司为例,从标准化专家培养、优势领域技术储备、重大工程技术储备、技术新动向跟踪、青年梯队人才培养等角度讨论了推进继电保护标准化工作的主要举措以及相关经验.实践结果表明,这些举措有效地推进了公司的继电保护标准化工作水平,提高了员工的技能水平,为电网的安全稳定运行增添了有力的技术保障. The standardization of relay protection technology has positive significance for improving the secondary professional management level and deepening the application of standards in practical work.This article takes the provincial maintenance company as an example,and discusses the main measures to promote the standardization of relay protection and related experience from the perspectives of standardization experts training,technical reserves in advantageous areas,major engineering technology reserves,technology new trends tracking,youth echelon talent training and others.Practice results show that the measures effectively promote the company's standardization of relay protection work,improve the skills of employees,and add strong technical guarantees for the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
