风力发电机组雷电防护新版IEC标准的变化和分析

为了总结制造商、认证机构、科研院所和高等院校等对风力发电机组雷电防护的经验和技术,IEC 61400-24《风力发电机组第24部分:雷电防护》第一版于2010年6月发布.该标准提供了有关风力发电机雷击损坏的背景统计信息,并提供了有关防雷实践的指导.随着风电行业的迅猛发展,陆上和海上风力发电机装机容量越来越大,风力发电机组防雷的相关技术和实践等方面都逐渐成熟.基于近几年技术经验和专业知识的改进和提升,对现行的2010版本进行修改,得到IEC 61400-24:2019修订版.本文对新版IEC标准的变化进行了总结分析.

In order to integrate the experience and technology of manufacturers,certification companies,research institutes and universities,the first edition of IEC 61400-24,Wind turbine generator systems-Part 24:Lightning protection,was published in June 2010.This standard provides the background statistics information about the lightning damage to wind turbines and the guidance for the lightning protection practice.With the quick development of wind power industry,the capacities of on-shore and off-shore wind farms have grown larger and larger,and the technology and practice have grown mature gradually.Based on the cumulated technical experience and elevated professional knowledge,the 2010 version standard is revised and a new edition IEC 61400-24:2019 is published recently,this paper summarizes and analyzes the changes of the new IEC standard.
