With the rapid development of technology research and industrialization of cooling system for electric locomotive and EMU,China has initially formed the basic framework of technical standards related to cooling system and core components.In order to help relevant employees fully understand the technical requirements of cooling system in design,manufacturing,inspection and application,promote the rapid and high-quality development technology research and product research and development of cooling system for elctric locomotives and EMUs in China,improve product quality,and ensure the reliability and safety in the process of product application,this paper introduces the main technical standards involved in the design,manufacture,inspection and application of the cooling system for electric locomotives and EMUs at home and abroad,and puts forward suggestions for the construction of technical standards system of cooling system for electric locomotive and EMU in China.
