摘要 本文采用高压密闭消解-原子荧光光谱法对不同的涂料样品的砷含量进行定量分析.优化了仪器工作参数、反应体系及消解条件.采用硝酸消解样品,以5%HCl介质作为载流进行样品分析.该方法检测范围内线性关系良好,其线性相关系数均达到0.999以上,检出限为0.02μg/kg.相对标准偏差均在6.0%以内,加标回收率在88.5%~110.0%之间.方法适用于涂料中砷含量的测定. This paper studies the method for arsenic in coatings by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometric(HG-AFS)with high-pressure closed digestion,optimizes the working parameters,chemical reaction system and digestive conditions,introduces 5%hydrochloric acid as carrier liquid with the adoption of the sample digested by HCI.Under the optimized conditions,the linearitiy of arsenic is good in its detection range,the correlation coefficient of it is above 0.999,and the limit of detection is 0.02μg/kg.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of arsenic by HG-AFS is less than 6.0%,and the recovery is found to be in the range of 88.5%~110.0%.It is suitable for the determination of arsenic in coatings.
