南京市民营中小企业质量管理现状研究——基于江北新区民营中小企业分析

Research on Quality Management Status of Private SMEs in Nanjing——A Case Study in Nanjing Jiangbei New Area

随着民营中小企业发展壮大,民营中小企业的竞争力对于地区经济发展和地区竞争力有着重要的影响,质量管理是影响民营中小企业竞争力关键因素.本文在大量调研的基础上,分析南京江北新区的具有代表性民营中小企业的质量管理现状,总结出其存在的普遍性问题,并针对问题提出对策建议,旨在为提升南京市民营中小企业的质量管理水平提供借鉴.

With the development of private SMEs,the competitiveness of private SMEs has an impact on regional economic and regional competitiveness.Quality management is important to the competitiveness of private SMEs.Based on a large number of investigations,this article analyzes the current situation of quality management of representative private SMEs in Jiangbei New Area of Nanjing,summarizes the existing problems and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,in order to improve the quality management level of private SMEs in Nanjing.
