摘要
对428名幼儿园教师的职业幸福感和心理资本进行调查发现,幼儿园教师职业幸福感整体处于中等偏上水平,且在办园性质、学历、工作时长和教龄等方面存在显著差异;幼儿园教师心理资本整体处于中等偏上水平;幼儿园教师职业幸福感与心理资本存在显著正相关,心理资本可以显著预测幼儿园教师职业幸福感。为提升幼儿园教师职业幸福感,建议增强幼儿园教师的初性,提升幼儿园教师职业认知幸福感,灵活调整幼儿园教师的工作时长。
This study investigated the occupational well—being and psychological capital of 428 kindergarten teachers,and found that the overall level of kindergarten teachers*well being is above medium with some significant differences in kindergarten nature,degrees,working hours and number of years as teacher.And kindergarten teachers'psychological capital level is generally above medium;teachers'well-being is positively correlated with psychological capital,and psychological capital can significantly predict teachers*occupational well-being.It is suggested that teachers*tenacity should be increased,professional identity be improved,and their working hours be adjusted with flexibility so as to improve kindergarten teachers' occupational well-being.
