摘要
在幼儿园教育实践中,幼儿园教师在班级管理、家园沟通、同事交往等方面会遇到若干专业伦理困境。为帮助幼儿园教师破解专业伦理困境,建议幼儿园夯实教师专业伦理知识基础,提升教师专业伦理判断能力,同时开展教师共同体研讨活动,提升教师专业伦理抉择能力。
In kindergarten teaching practice,teachers will face ethical dilemma in class management,family—kindergarten com-munication,and colleague relationship.To help teachers to solve the problem,it is suggested that kindergartens help teachers to lay solid foundation of ethical knowledge,improve teachers*ethical judgment,and encourage teachers to participate teaching and research activities so as to improve teachers'ability of decision making in their professional ethical dilemma.
