Objective To discuss the clinical effect of injury control in emergency treatment of pelvic fracture complicated with multiple fractures. Methods A total of 52 cases of pelvic fracture complicated with multiple fractures were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 26 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional emergency therapy, and the observation group was treated by orthopedic injury control. The pelvic function, fracture reduction, occurrence of complications, and survival rate were compared between the two groups. Results The survival rate and Majeed score of the observation group were 100.00%and(89.26±8.57)points,which were all higher than those of the control group 84.62%and(74.21±8.21)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent-good rate of fracture reduction of the observation group was 84.62%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 57.69%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 19.23%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group 76.92%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the emergency treatment of pelvic fracture complicated with multiple fractures, injury control can significantly improve the survival rate, reduce complications and improve the prognosis of patients, which can be further popularized.
