头孢曲松联合阿奇霉素治疗淋病的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨头孢曲松联合阿奇霉素治疗淋病的临床效果。方法68例淋病患者,根据治疗药物不同分为对照组和联合组,每组34例。对照组患者采用头孢曲松注射液治疗,联合组患者采用头孢曲松注射液联合口服阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组患者血清唾液酸(SA)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平及临床疗效。结果联合组患者SA、sIL-2R、IFN-γ水平分别为(430.8±31.2)mg/L、(210.8±28.4)pg/ml、(0.18±0.05)pg/ml,均低于对照组的(469.2±40.3)mg/L、(262.9±31.7)pg/ml、(0.46±0.12)pg/ml,差异均具有统计学意义(t=4.393、7.138、12.559,P<0.05)。联合组患者临床治疗总有效率为94.1%,高于对照组的76.5%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=4.221,P<0.05)。结论头孢曲松联合阿奇霉素治疗淋病患者,SA、sIL-2R、IFN-γ水平降低,效果良好,值得推广应用。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of ceftriaxone combined with azithromycin in the treatment of gonorrhea.Methods A total of 68 gonorrhea patients were divided into control group and combination group by different treatment drugs,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated by ceftriaxone injection,and the combination group was treated by ceftriaxone injection combined with oral administration of azithromycin.The serum sialic acid(SA),soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2 R),γ-interferon(IFN-γ)levels and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of SA,sIL-2 R and IFN-γof the combination group were(430.8±31.2)mg/L,(210.8±28.4)pg/ml and(0.18±0.05)pg/ml,which were all lower than those of the control group(469.2±40.3)mg/L,(262.9±31.7)pg/ml and(0.46±0.12)pg/ml,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.393,7.138,12.559,P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the combination group was 94.1%,which was higher than that of the control group 76.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.221,P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of ceftriaxone and azithromycin can reduce the levels of SA,sIL-2 R and IFN-γin gonorrhea patients,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
