基于QCA的工程交易模式组合策略及其适用条件研究

Research on Combination Strategy of Project Transaction Mode and Its Applicable Conditions:A Qualitative Comparative Analysis

随着工程交易模式内涵的拓展及相关研究的深入,工程交易模式的哪些组合可以引发项目的高绩效,以及这些组合的适用条件如何,成为当前需要深入探讨的现实问题。基于交易理论和组态视角,将工程交易模式视为多种策略的组态,采用QCA方法,对71个工程项目案例进行分析,得到了两种引致项目高绩效的组合策略,分别是“DB发包方式+公开招标+总价合同”的工程交易模式组合和“DBB发包方式+邀请招标+委托管理方式”的工程交易模式组合。结合实际案例分析,总结提炼这两种高绩效的交易模式组合策略的适用条件,为工程交易模式决策提供参考依据。

With the development of project transaction mode and the related research,there is an urgent need to deepen the discussion that how the combination of project transaction mode can lead to high project performance,as well as the applicable conditions of these combinations.Based on transaction theory and perspective of configuration,the project transaction mode is taken as the configuration of multiple strategies.This paper adopts the method of qualitative comparative analysis(QCA)to conduct case analysis on 71 projects.Two kinds of combined strategies that lead to high project performance are obtained,which are"DB+open bidding+lump-sum contract"project transaction mode and"DBB+inviting bidding+entrusted management approach"project transaction mode.Through case analysis,this paper summarizes the applicable conditions of above two project transaction mode combinations,which provides a basis for the decision-making of project transaction mode.
