浅谈高填方土石方工程的施工组织管理

贵阳龙洞堡机场三期扩建项目飞行区土石方填筑总量达到1.1亿m^3,总工期36个月,共分7个标段,是典型的高填方高难度机场建设项目,某公司所承担的标段填方量就达2000多万m^3,该项目管理人员通过对土石方工程中五大工序的有效管控,收集施工现场相关数据建立大数据库,从整体掌控,细节把控,达到了控制成本,提高工作效率和经济效益的目的。结合该标段情况,分别分析该项目在各工序中的管理经验,为其他类似大型土石方项目提供借鉴。

The total volume of earth and stone filling in the flight area of the third phase expansion project of Guiyang Longdongbao Airport reached 110 million cubic meters,with a total construction period of 36 months.It is divided into 7 sections.It is a typical high-fill high-difficult airport construction project.The amount of the standard section fills more than 20 million cubic meters,which is undertaken by a company.The project management personnel collects the relevant data of the construction site to establish a large database through the effective control of the five major processes in the earth and stone works,and controls the details from the overall control,thus achieving control costs and improving work efficiency and economic benefits.Combined with the situation of the bidding section,the management experience of the project in each process is analyzed separately,which provides reference for other similar large-scale earthwork projects.
