近海海底输油管道的炸、清礁工程

摘要 随着社会的进步、科技的发展,海洋资源的开发利用越发突出,由于海上油田的开采方式、工艺和技术的进步,海底输油管道已经广泛应用于油田等的开发运输。海底输油管道敷设工程中地基及基础的安全可靠尤为重要。海底地貌地质的多样性、复杂性、不规则性为地基的安全性带来隐患,其中炸、清礁工程越发常见。本文介绍了近海海底输油管道的炸、清礁工程。根据工程地质条件、环境、安全及经济等各种因素综合分析,炸礁工程采用水下钻孔爆破施工方案,由炸礁船进行钻孔爆破施工,施工时,作业船的长边垂直于沟槽轴线展布,起爆根据实际情况确定起爆炮孔数,采用矩形布孔,实施掏槽爆破。水下钻孔爆破一次性钻至设计孔底标高(设计底标高加超钻深度),起爆方式拟采用操作技术筒单、安全性高的非电导爆管毫秒微差复式起爆,以控制一次起爆药量,减少对周边的影响,避免造成安全隐患。 With the development of society,science and technology,the development and utilization of marine resources become more and more prominent,including the progress of the exploitation mode,technology and technology of offshore oil fields,and the subsea oil pipeline has been widely used in the development and transportation of oil fields.The safety and reliability of the foundation and foundation are very important in the submarine oil pipeline laying engineering.The diversity,complexity and irregularity of submarine geomorphology and geology bring hidden danger to the safety of foundation,among which the blasting and reef clearing are more and more common.This paper introduces the blasting and reef clearing engineering of offshore submarine oil pipeline.According to the comprehensive analysis of engineering geological conditions,environment,safety and economy,the underwater drilling blasting construction scheme is adopted in the reef blasting project,and the drilling blasting construction is carried out by the reef blasting ship.During the construction,the long side of the working ship is perpendicular to the groove axis,the number of initiation holes is determined according to the actual situation,and the rectangular hole is used to carry out cutting blasting[1].The underwater drilling blasting is drilled to the bottom elevation of the design hole at one time(the design bottom standard is high and the overdrilling depth is added).The initiation mode is to adopt the single operating technology cylinder and the millisecond compound initiation of the non-conductive explosion tube with high safety in order to control the amount of primary explosive,reduce the influence on the surrounding area and avoid the safety concealment.Suffer.
