摘要
在新常态发展背景下,地方大学应充分认识师资特色建设与“双一流”建设的耦合关系,厘清师资特色的内涵与特征,审视建设过程中存在的问题。在改变固化思维与健全合理机制的基础上,遵循情境激励的变革逻辑,借鉴发达国家师资特色建设的成功经验,推动教师自觉研修、彼此切磋、专长互补、智慧共享,打造一支品德高尚、知识渊博、以用为本、业绩卓著的高水平特色师资队伍。
Under the background of new normal development,local universities should fully understand the coupling relationship between the characteristic construction of teachers and the"double first-class construction",clarify the connotation and characteristics of teachers characteristics,examine the existing problems in the construction process.on the basis of change the conventional wisdom and improve the reasonable mechanism,to follow the situation of motivation change logic,draw lessons from the successful experience of teachers characteristics construction in the developed countries,promote the teachers training consciously,complementary expertise,intelligence sharing,build the top level characteristic teaching staff with moral character,profound knowledge and outstanding performance.
